If you are paying monthly, there are no refunds for your current month of service. If you prepaid for a 3, 6, 9, or 12 month block of service, we will provide you with a prorated refund equal to the number of months you paid minus the number of months you used (including your current month). In the event a Coaching/Membership program has a Money Back Guarantee Period, a 100% no questions asked refund will be given provided the refund is requested within the refund time window.
