When you juice, you remove the majority of the fiber, leaving you with a beverage that is very low in carbohydrates. It is theoretically possible to consume up to 13 cups of raw celery in one day and still stay within 20 grams of carbohydrates.
Should You Juice
It is perfectly acceptable to go on a juice cleanse for a few days. It is essential to recall that you will remain in ketosis only if you pick vegetables with very low carb content and do not exceed your daily intake. But what will you achieve?
